At SecureNinja, the comfort and safety of our students and employees is paramount. With the onset of the novel coronavirus COVID-19, SecureNinja is closely monitoring the situation with respect to our training courses offered publicly and privately both domestically and abroad.
At this time, we are following the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as local health officials and all of our classes will run as scheduled in our classrooms.
That being said, all of SecureNinja’s training courses can be attended either in-person or Live Online. Our Live Online product allows students to attend our classroom-based, instructor-led training in real time, remotely from their office or home. This eliminates the need to travel to any of SecureNinja’s classrooms. We have been providing Live Online delivery options for well over a decade and it is a highly interactive, robust, tested and proven delivery format which our students enjoy.
We know that many of our clients are facing the reality of telecommuting for work as well as company policies that restrict (or outright cancel) all travel and outside meetings. Other students are practicing social distancing and would prefer to avoid public gatherings. SecureNinja is here to support you and your training objectives during this unprecedented challenge from the coronavirus.
In addition to our Live Online training option for all courses, we are taking additional precautions to ensure a safe environment for faculty and staff as well as our students who choose to attend their training in person:
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting schedule. SecureNinja will clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces at least twice daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, laptop keyboards and trackpads, faucets and sinks within our office.
- Hand sanitization. We offer a hand sanitization station just inside our front door as well as easy access to a sink with soap in our common area for hand washing. Sanitizing wipes are used for our Testing Center computers and latex gloves are available by request for all test takers.
- Food Policy. Due to the enhanced cleaning guidelines, we are asking that students do not bring any food other than beverages into our classrooms. There is ample space to eat in the common areas outside of the enclosed classrooms.
This is a community effort to keep everyone safe and healthy so SecureNinja strongly encourages students not to attend class if they are feeling ill and instead attend virtually, via Live Online. Our employees are committed to the same expectation on their part.
For our private, onsite training clients, SecureNinja is equipped to deliver all classes either in person, Live Online or in accordance with each organization’s COVID-19 meeting and work policies.
