SecureNinja appoints Joseph McCray as Chief Technology Officer

Cybersecurity’s most recognizable network and application security practitioner, instructor and developer joins leading cybersecurity firm to defend corporate and government security postures

ALEXANDRIA, VA February 07, 2014. SecureNinja, the leader in cybersecurity training and consulting for government, defense and enterprise organizations, announced today that Joseph McCray will join the SecureNinja executive management team as Chief Technology Officer, effective February 15th.

Joe McCray is an Air Force Veteran and has been in cybersecurity for over 10 years. His background includes both network and web application penetration testing, as well as incident response and forensics within the DoD and commercial sector. His extensive experience and deep knowledge, mixed with his comedic teaching style has led Joe to be one of the most highly sought after experts in the industry.

Joe makes speaking appearances and gives seminars at major events in the security community such as Black Hat, DEFCON, BruCon, Hacker Halted, Hacktivity and many more. Joe is the recipient of the 2009 EC-Council Instructor Circle of Excellence Award and the 2010 EC-Council Instructor of the Year Award.
