Terms & Conditions
- SecureNinja’s Winter Wonderland promotion is open to government, military, and corporate-reimbursed customers only.
- Customer must speak to an account representative prior to registration to confirm the course is eligible for this promotion.
- Payment in full of the course price is required at time of registration to qualify for any promotional stocking.
- All purchases are final at the time of registration. Any changes following registration may be subject to additional fees.
- Promotion applies only to publicly scheduled in-person synchronous bootcamps and Live Online courses. Not valid for asynchronous/self-paced classes.
- Partner-delivered classes are not eligible unless confirmed eligible by an account representative.
- Promotion is not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers, quotes, discounts, or prior registrations.
- Customer may select only ONE stocking reward per qualifying course purchase.
- Customer must declare their stocking selection at time of registration. Changes after booking are not permitted and selections cannot be exchanged or refunded once chosen.
- For the Flash Sale week of December 22–26, 2025, customers enrolling in designated Flash Sale courses who select “The Safety Net” stocking will receive an additional $100 Amazon Gift Card, in addition to the included retake voucher.
- Amazon Gift Cards (including Flash Sale bonus amounts) will not be issued until full payment is received, enrollment is confirmed, and no cancellations or schedule changes are pending.
- The additional Flash Sale bonus applies only when selecting “The Safety Net” stocking during the Flash Sale week and only for designated Flash Sale courses scheduled for January 2026. This bonus cannot be transferred to other courses, applied retroactively, or redeemed outside of this Flash Sale window.
- Customers selecting “The Safety Net” stocking during this Flash Sale week receive both the retake voucher and the $100 Amazon Gift Card. These promotional items may not be exchanged for any other stocking benefits, cash, credits, discounts, materials, or alternative consideration.
- Gift card is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash value.
- Retake voucher only applies if student does not pass their initial exam attempt.
- Retake voucher is non-transferable and may not be used by another student.
- Retake voucher does not include books, retake exam fees, administrative fees, proctoring costs, or any other charges beyond the single retake exam voucher itself.
- Second-class tuition is covered when selecting the BOGO stocking; books, exam fees, certification vouchers, materials, and related items are not included.
- All courses—including free courses under BOGO—must be selected and completed before the end of the 2026 calendar year. Class enrollment may not extend into 2027.
- Free class must be scheduled for the same student and may not be transferred to another student.
- Free seat must be scheduled in an available class and is subject to capacity limits and minimum enrollment requirements.
- Cancellation or withdrawal from the first paid course forfeits all promotional rewards already issued or pending, including the retake voucher and the Flash Sale bonus gift card.
- Promotional Flash Sale seats are limited and awarded on a first-paid basis. Quotes, holds, or draft registrations do not guarantee eligibility.
- Offer valid for new sales only and does not apply retroactively to previous purchases.
- Offer expires December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
- This offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time by Insyte LLC DBA SecureNinja.
- The SecureNinja Passport is a standalone offer priced at $4,995, providing unlimited access to eligible SecureNinja-delivered courses during the 2026 calendar year only.
- Courseware, exam vouchers, certification fees, books, and materials are not included with the SecureNinja Passport unless otherwise stated in writing.
- The SecureNinja Passport may not be combined with stocking rewards, Flash Sale bonuses, BOGO offers, gift cards, or other promotional incentives.
- Passport access is valid only for the individual purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Passport holders must enroll in each course through an account representative and are subject to seat availability and minimum enrollment requirements.
- SecureNinja reserves the right to limit or restrict Passport enrollments for specific courses based on capacity, delivery format, or instructor availability.
- All training under the SecureNinja Passport must be completed by December 31, 2026. No extensions into 2027 will be granted.
- Void where restricted by company or government purchasing rules.
